For one Saturday the Tandang Sora Community Health Care Clinic of FPOP-Metro Manila Chapter will offer a diagnostic package at an extremely reduced price of Php 250.00. This package includes:

• Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Fasting Blood Sugar
• Total Cholesterol
• Blood Urea Nitrogen
• Uric Acid
• Serum Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT)
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Urinalysis

This service will be made available on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at Tandang Sora CHCC, 248 Tandang Sora Avenue, Tandang Sora, Quezon City, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please bring your urine sample and do not take food at least 8 hours before testing (for FBS).
